The Roles & Responsibilities Tracker is an online Google spreadsheet that gives you the framework and flow to intentionally design, build, deploy, measure, and evolve the standard operating procedures (checklists) that make up your life.
This spreadsheet can both identify and dictate how you spend your time and resources at any given moment. It’s like an X-ray that displays where your time, energy, creativity, love, and passion are being directed.
Note: Just looking at our example below can be overwhelming. It’s not uncommon for me to hear “I’m just not that organized” or “I don’t think I can operate with that level of precision or rigor.” or “I don’t do structure”. If that’s you take a deep breath.
