Since you’ll be learning the…

…very powerful skill of Strategic Transformation, it’s important to understand that transformation on its own is not inherently valuable or useful. In fact, I’d say that it’s downright dangerous.

You see, we transform all the time. Most of us started off as energetic, creative, and happy young kids, but then we went to school and began transforming into tired, uninspired, and emotionally flat adults.

As teenagers, we were full of dreams, eager to explore the world and make our mark, but then we got our first job and transformed into the type of people who trade our time for a paycheck, slowly surrendering our ambitions and sacrificing our passions for security.

As young adults, we were bold, willing to take risks and chase adventure, but then, like a hoarder, we accumulated debilitating amounts of debt, responsibility, and fear, transforming us into the kind of people who avoided change rather than embracing it as the necessary part of survival that it is.

At 30, we told ourselves we still had time—time to get in shape, start the business, or travel the world—but then we hit 40 and realized we had spent a decade making excuses.

At 50, we wake up one day stuck in a life that we didn’t choose but very much accepted.

And then it happens. We bump into, hear about, or read about someone who’s created sufficient and sustainable wealth. And I mean real wealth—the kind of wealth that removes all current and future unacceptable compromises.

We do the quick math and realize that we’re heading off a cliff, and suddenly, we’re desperate for transformation.

But here’s the problem. It’s late in the game and this is our last opportunity to step back up to the plate, and if we blow it we’re done.

Despite the fact that we have decades of…

…wins and losses we could lean on to make a bold and meaningful move, our blank journal pages and insufficient retirement accounts sit on our backs as heavy proof that we don’t actually know what we’re doing.

As the conceit and hubris finally drain out of us, we’re left with nothing more than the story we made up about life—one that gives us permission to sit fat, dumb, and happy on the couch of status quo, even though deep down, we know where that will lead.

Here, the cycle of culture driven transformation is complete. We accept a kind of death decades before we die,

and even worse, we rob those we love and lead of the wisdom, strength, and value stored inside us, letting it wither away before it ever sees the light of day,

rather than use it to make the big move that everything that has happened in our past has been preparing us for—the time when we were supposed to transform into our ultimate self.

Now for the good news.

If we want to live what we say is a good life, all we need to do is turn away from who we’ve become and back into who we were created to be.

Now, I know the thought of this can be inspiring, but it can also feel overwhelming. After all, we didn’t become who we are overnight. It happened slowly, subtly, over time.

It might feel like you’re trapped in the cell of your own identity, but that’s only because you weren’t paying attention to the small steps that led you here. If you didn’t notice the path you took in, it’s natural to believe there’s no way out.

But here’s the thing—you are exactly where you are because of a series of subtle choices you’ve made over the past 5, 10, 20, or even 30+ years.

So even if you don’t remember or feel like you were in control, you actually were. You were in control of every step,

and that’s why finding your way back is actually easier than you might think.

Think about learning to…

…ride a bike or play an instrument. Both might have felt impossible, even unnatural at first, but over time, they simply became a part of who we are. We transformed.

This is no different than if you wanted to run a 200 mile ultra marathon, or become a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, or a Navy SEAL.

It really just comes down to strategically designed daily practices.

You see. Transformation is just the byproduct of repetitive actions.

But ‘Strategic Transformation’ is the byproduct of repetitive actions, designed to produce a very specific type of human, who can live a very specific type of life.

SEAL “O-Course”

So, the SEAL Obstacle Course was designed to transform potential operators from soft, timid, weak, and clumsy people into hardened and effectively aggressive ninja types.

But here’s the thing about obstacles and adversity. If we try to overcome or avoid them, we stay exactly as we are—ineffective.

Strategic Transformation doesn’t…

…come from trying to get past or overcome the challenges before us. It comes from using them as they were designed to be used.

These obstacles are not there to deter, delay or to trip us up —they are there to forge us into something beyond who we are.

They’re there to push us beyond our limits, and to shape us into someone stronger, sharper, and more capable than we ever were before.

Someone capable of using our passion to harmoniously fulfill the financial, professional and personal purposes we were created for.

Now you can see why we call this STRATEGIC Transformation. It’s strategic because this time it’s pointed at a very specific outcome, which means one thing.

This time, we damn sure better make sure we’re running the right obstacle course—the one designed for our specific self and situation.

We better be sure for two very important reasons.

1: Because the course we choose determines who we become.

2: There is such a thing as too late.

Now before we get into the…

…strategy. There is something you need to know about me. I am not an enjoy the journey type of guy. I actually prefer the destination.

But I have found the journey of strategic transformation to be both incredibly enjoyable as well as satisfying and satiating.

The reason is because it’s broken down into pieces that can produce both immediate and meaningful results.

So what I’m saying is that this is not one of those things that you have to wait for to start experiencing a return on the time, energy, creativity and currency you put into it.

That’s actually the secret to strategic transformation. You must continuously get more out of it then you put into it.

That’s what makes it both sustainable and an incredibly amazing, satisfying and fun journey to be on.

It keeps delivering more power than it takes.

I remember every time I got off the Obstacle course in SEAL training I felt tougher, stronger and more courageous,

and that always positively impacted my ability to crush whatever they threw at me next.

So. Strategic Transformation is really just a bunch of new distinctions…

A distinction reveals the definition, impacts, parts, and practices of a thing in a way that enables, increases, or improves your ability to fulfill your intentions.

So that natural place to start is with the distinction of Strategic Transformation, so that we can fulfill our intentions of,

becoming the type of person who can use your passion to harmoniously fulfill the financial, professional and personal purposes you were created for.

Strategic Writing

When we write, we expand our understanding in ways that produce new thinking—thinking that leads to more powerful distinctions, which allow us to better identify and fulfill the purposes for which we were created.

  1. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation? I am increasingly into flow and with my clear life mission map and improving consistent efforts, am already getting the first benefits and glimmer of amazement at how cool it is to be this clear and pushing to the peaks of this new life

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?it’s already beginning and once I got clarity and real results even as a true beginner I’ve gotten more focused and excited as I see the actual results and the pretty much endless growth paths to my very helpful clear life mission goals to achieve the incomes I need to live what I call a good life while I’m working actively and to provide for the 30 years of retirement and beyond

  2. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?

I can already see some of them like a better job, better shelter, more money. But also more time, energy, creativity. The best for me is I enjoy my life, work more with spirituality, and I can feel the change of behavior of people around me – it seems I’m more valueble for them. One of the best new possibilities is to realize that there are new and more ways of doing things there. I’m learning how to use this, especially when I study, but there are new and more ways of doing everything. I’ve already found all these things “on the other side of strategic transformation”. I’m looking forward to the next steps because I can learn to do all these things more effectively, and I’m sure there are more things on the other side of strategic transformation I can use for myself and others and improve our lives.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?

It is not necessary to choose between personal and professional life. Instead of this, I can interconnect them so they create more time, energy, creativity and currency together that I can put into improving of them or into evolving of other things, and these things will start to produce the power as well. This possibility of “investment and interest” of time, energy, creativity and currency is very satisfying and motivating because instead of never ending being under stress of miserable life, people can enjoy inner peace of dignified life.

  3. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation? I see a dedicated and disciplined self capable of achieving a purpose that’s focused on what matters. It’s realizing my transformation is happening regardless of my focus so it should be strategic to transform into the person I was intended to be.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating? I can see the pure enjoyment of living out a passionate life because I’m aligned with my purpose. It’s a way of putting in effort that charges me to continue.

  4. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?
    – If I had more power, I could create more opportunities for myself, my family, and my community.
2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
    – On a personal level, it would be great in terms of providing for myself and my family, but if I could get to the next level where I could impact a community and people’s lives, that would be amazing.

  5. 1. New possibilities of actually achieving my clearly defined and stated life mission goals
    2. Satisfying and motivating to know I have the tools and high level views of how the strategic approach works

  6. What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation? Execution of my ideas, dreams, passion, education, and development into a fulfilled and enjoyable life.

In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
It is motivating to have a renewed drive to pursue projects that I am passionate about and to become the person who will be my best self.

  7. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?

Becoming the type of person who leverages specific, intentional, repeated practices that care for all the parts of life that are necessary to fulfill my purpose to care for myself and those around me now and to the end of my days on earth.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?

The practices are designed by ME to generate power and positive impact on the parts of life that fulfill my purpose, so there’s satisfaction in the autonomy I have to align my transformation with my purpose. As I progress, I experience the momentum that builds from fulfilling these intentions increasing power and confidence to care for what matters most to me. Like an obstacle course that’s designed to train the right parts, each evolution builds power in the right areas and that’s incredibly satisfying and becomes a motivation to tackle the next thing.

  8. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?
The time to step aside and do the type of writing that I enjoy. The cash flow to not only sustain my living, but to improve my living, do the type of traveling that I enjoy for fun instead of for work (maybe also for work – research for writing!). Provide for my parent’s retirement financially so they can enjoy the life they deserve. Do fulfilling work that has a positive impact on other people’s lives. Build meaningful relationships. Not just be support for my nieces and nephews when they need me, but a role model that they can look to in order to help them realize their talents and purpose for a fulfilling life. Live a healthy, energetic life that reignites my self confidence and allows me to be the best version of myself, inspiring others along the way. Adventure in life again! Explore and have fun!
2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
I love accomplishing what I say I’m going to do. I have a crazy creative mind, and it has always been more of a challenge than a blessing, with my brain bouncing from one thing to the next. With strategic transformation, I will gain focus and confidence in my actions, be able to say no to the things that may be good ideas – but aren’t for right now, or maybe ever. Focus on the process that I set before me that takes care of all of the parts of my life, while moving toward strategic goals and paths I choose. With each win in taking care of the parts of my life, I will feel accomplishment and be motivated to continue on my path knowing momentum is cumulative – and each day that feels good along this journey, the next one will be even better, building on compounding success day by day.

  9. 1: What new possibilities exist for me on the other side of strategic transformation?

What I’m beginning to discover is this: On the other side of strategic transformation, everything changes. Not overnight, but undeniably. Suddenly, the goals I used to only dream about become plans, reverse engineered with the end in mind. The things that once felt out of reach begin to show up on the calendar. My decisions get sharper, my energy gets focused, and I start moving with intention—not by impulse, not by pressure, but by design—on a daily basis, while knowing and accepting there will be hiccups along the way.

Now I’m not just reacting to life; I’m crafting it. I no longer ask, “What can I get?” I start asking, “Who must I become?” And the moment I do that, whole new levels of possibility open up. Relationships deepen. Income potential grows. Impact multiplies. I become the kind of person who can walk into chaos and find clarity, who can see complexity and create simplicity.

Strategic transformation unlocks what I call “compound potential.” The little things I do right each day start working for me—like interest in a savings account. And just like an acorn becomes a mighty oak tree, I become someone capable of sustaining success, not just chasing it.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?

So far, here’s what I’ve found: transformation, when it’s intentional, isn’t just meaningful—it’s motivating. You see, it’s not about summiting sequential mountaintops and signing the register. It’s about experiencing daily wins, switchback after switchback that matters. I start to feel the shift. I notice my thinking sharpen, my confidence build, and my resilience stretch. And let me tell you, that feels good.

You don’t have to wait a decade to feel the reward. Strategic transformation delivers return immediately—not always in applause or dollars, but in personal power. In the way I show up. In how I handle pressure. In how I respond to life when it tests me.

That kind of satisfaction isn’t fleeting—it’s fuel. It keeps me going when I want to quit. It reminds me that growth isn’t punishment—it’s privilege. And when I get more out of my efforts than I put in, I find myself hungry for more, not just because it works, but because it works on me.

And that, as I’ve discovered, is the secret: success that shapes you as much as it serves you. That’s what makes strategic transformation not just a path worth taking—but a journey worth loving.

  10. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?
Excited to discover! I hope to feel like even though I may not have arrived in all the ways I desire, I will at least see the path I’m on better, and know I have a plan to regain footing in each crucial area of my life.
2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
I believe I’ll optimize the good stress of tackling obstacles along a chosen journey in a direction of more intentional choosing, and at the same time decrease the negative stress of knowing I’m slipping in various areas but not having a plan to address those shortfalls, and failing to see how I can balance my most important priorities.

  11. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?
    – The new possibilities are actually somewhat infinite. They will be determined by each choice that I make now in the direction of my goals with the strategies and tactics that are required, building in an expectation that I will have to measure, monitor, and adjust throughout the course of this journey as new data and experiences are brought on board. At its core, these new possibilities consist of a harmonious living of daily life, covering down on the financial needs of the family now, as well as those that will be needed for a productive and sustainable future.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
    – Making progress towards any goal generates both satisfaction and momentum. Momentum creates a sense of positivity, particularly when that momentum forces/positions you to tackle something notably challenging. Once that thing has been conquered, that generates more power, positivity, and momentum as the distance to the goal or goals become shorter. It again becomes a positive feedback loop

  12. 1: What new possibilities exist for you on the other side of strategic transformation?
    – New possibilities are freedom from distraction and neglect. Stopping spending my time where I’m not benefiting in the long term.
    – Alignment with my gifts and purpose – leading a fulfilled life, with desired lifestyle.

2: In what ways would strategic transformation be satisfying and motivating?
    – Will be satisfying to not be held back solving the reaction-cycle items that pop up. Spending my time and attention on what matters to me, vs simply “what needs to be done to solve xyz”
