Most people behave as if their life is…

…composed of two inTERconnected halves: Personal & Professional. For most, these two ‘parts’ of life are treated as if they are two separate things linked to each other out of necessity,

and it is for this reason that for most these two ‘parts’ are at war and,

in one form or fashion, are working to destroy each other.

Now imagine what life might look like if we started treating our professional and personal life as a single entity with inTRAconnected parts.

Meaning that they are two things, that exist within a single system,

influencing each other just as the heart influences the parts of our body.

It is when we treat these things as a whole that our

personal half of our life inspires and fuels our professional half,

while our professional life produces and protects our personal life.

The conflict arises because each half has been designed as a separate entity and the common person lacks the power:

time, energy, creativity, and currency,

to care for both.

And here is both the challenge, the opportunity, and the role of the modern man & woman.

To become the kind of human who can operate in a way where both sides are cared for.

The New Rules

When we execute strategies and tactics on the PROFESSIONAL side,

not only must they avoid negatively impacting our ability to execute strategies and tactics on the PERSONAL side,

they must actively enhance it.

AND…when we execute strategies and tactics on the PERSONAL side,

not only must they avoid negatively impacting our ability to execute strategies and tactics on the PROFESSIONAL side,

they must actively enhance it.

Now, the only way that can even be possible is to become:

1: Intimately familiar with all the impacts, parts, and practices that go into each part of each side

2: Have harmonized action plans to care for those parts

3: Be able to acquire the knowledge and skills required to execute those action plans

4: Hold a set of ethics that ensures you keep every inch of ground you take

5: Operate with enough passion to outpace any changes within your operating environment

And to do all of that, you’ll need to learn how to…

STOP multiplying your income by MULTIPLYING the time and effort you put into producing it and

START operating in a way that MULTIPLIES your income while DIVIDING your efforts,

so that you have the time, energy, creativity, and currency required to live what you say is a good life now

and during the 30+ years of old age when you can no longer work.

And that requires you to be a different sort of self.

→ Your ultimate and strategic self.

Before we dive into the strategic objectives that…

…allow someone to make a strategic transformation such as this, take a moment to reflect on this question:

How many people do you know who genuinely live each day aligned with their passions while effectively tending to all aspects of their financial, professional, and personal purposes?

I pose this question as a heavy warning, that is particularly directed at the pessimists, skeptics,

and the most misguided, dangerous idiots of all, the arrogant and prideful.

Although the internet may showcase a seemingly limitless amount of people who seem to be living in this manner,

the reality is that very few actually do.

This way of life is uncommon and defies conventional norms.

It is this observation that…

…tells us that we cannot rely on common and conventional methods such as coaching, leadership training, or college degrees to achieve this extraordinary lifestyle.

The scarcity of individuals living this way demonstrates the limitations of those approaches.

So as we cover the strategies essential for reaching this transformative state, it is critical that we maintain humility and an open mind.

You will notice that each of the parts of making a strategic transformation is relatively straightforward, and when combined in a specifically sequenced manner, they may even show up as obvious.

But the true challenge is not in understanding the strategies themselves but in the ability to execute them in a way that produces and sustains the intentions of each.

This makes operating with a high level of consistency the first transformation that must occur,

because it’s our ability to remain strategically consistent that allows us to strategically transform.

Now, I have some good news for…

…those of you who have struggled to maintain strategic consistency in your life.

The first two strategies that go into Strategic Transformation specifically address the challenge of inconsistency and provide guidance for overcoming it.

They’ll give you a very powerful “WHY”

and an even more powerful “HOW”.

But before we get to that we’ll need to briefly talk about why “Transformation” alone is a very dangerous thing.

Strategic Writing

When we write, we expand our understanding in ways that produce new thinking—thinking that leads to more powerful distinctions, which allow us to better identify and fulfill the purposes for which we were created.

  1. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
In order to achieve the levels of life mission clarity, strategic intentions and capacities to identify key parts and practices and consistently care for them
2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is? Because forgetting will result in a return to prior unsuccessful practices and we keep our ground…not surrender it

  2. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?

If I just HAVE TO do something, I’m looking forward to stop to do it. I do just the absolutely necessary level of it, without new ideas, without concetration on details. I’m afraid and/or lazy to try new things. I don’t want to spend a lot of time with such activity, and I won’t to keep doing it.
If I ENJOY something, I’m looking forward to do such thing, I do it more often and better – I concetrate more on details, I often think about how to do it more meticulously. I try new things because I want to find the best way how to do it, but also because it brings me fun to think about it, and I want to do such thing. So I keep doing this thing. The result of being passionate about how we do things is that these things are done more effectively, and our value for ourselves and others increases.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?

It is about responsibility to myself and others. If I live such kind of life, I’m able to show others how to do it as well, so if they want, they can do the same.
If I think about it more, this kind of life is about freedom. If we take responsibility for our own lives, it seems to be difficult at first (and this is the reason why it is an uncommon way of life because most of people don’t like to do difficult things, I’m afraid), but I feel much better and more valuable for myself and others. I’ve already learned that it pays to do difficult things (and that these things are not so difficult in fact), now I’m learning how to do these things and how to show this to others, and I know there will be still something to learn.

  3. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
    – It has to be the very thing you strive to achieve daily (hourly if needed) because we’re either increasing or decreasing. Harmoniously caring for all parts is key to increasing all categories for our parts of life.
2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
    – It’s easy to fall for the “just good enough” trap when everyone should be striving for improvement. It seems like people are being told average is OK so being uncommon will provide so much more in all parts of life.

  4. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
    – It ensures that we remain strategically consistent so that we can strategically transform.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
    – It motivates me to get to that level by following the daily practice of pursuing it and also helps eliminate the noise. It helps create focus.

  5. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?

Navigating changes in our environment so that we can continue to operate with strategic consistency will require more than external motivation. Aligning our practices with our passion means we’re operating within our design (breed) rather than against it. Very few live with this kind of intention (design), or even awareness.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?

I think of several reasons it’s important to remember how uncommon it is to live this way:
    • If we’re tempted to compare our lives with others, our lives will look very different.
    • If our lives start to look like everyone else’s lives, it’s an indication that something in our impacts, parts, and practices is broken.
    • We can be encouraged that the offers of value we can make will be compelling because they’re so very exceptional.

  6. Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes? By default, they will be out of balance. If a plan to hold them in balance is not implemented, a constant teeter-totter of excelling in one area will cause a decline in the other.

Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
We are bombarded daily with messages for the “6 figure side hustle” and the “new investment strategy,” etc. Without acknowledging and understanding that very few are actively working towards a balance in all areas and aspects of a good life, it is far too easy to overlook, forget, and neglect various parts.

  7. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?

Because any actions we take in life void of passion or purpose will wane. It is close to impossible to consistently keep invested in any actions in our lives that we don’t like or understand why we’re doing them, especially if they hold no fulfillment in either the action itself or the outcomes they produce.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?

Because there are going to be hard times in adjusting to new ways in achieving transformation – if it were common, it would likely be a more easy process.

  8. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?

You know, I used to think passion was just for the dreamers—the artists, the musicians, the people with wild ideas and no deadlines. But I was wrong. I learned—through trial, error, and a few painful lessons—that passion isn’t just about the what. It’s about the how.

If I want to care for my whole life—my work, my family, my health, my faith—I can’t just stumble into it. I’ve got to show up with something more than strategy. I’ve got to show up with spirit. Because when I’m passionate about how I do things, I raise the standard on everything. I give my best, not just to the outcome, but to the process.

And here’s the truth: if the way I work destroys the way I live, that’s not success—it’s sabotage.

Passion gives me the energy to stay consistent. It gives me the integrity to stay excellent. And it gives me the courage to stay aligned—even when life tries to pull me in a dozen directions.

So I decided a long time ago—I won’t just do things. I’ll do them with passion, because how I move through the world matters more than how fast I get there.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?

Here’s something that might rattle a lot of cages, but for me, these days it’s no surprise: What we’re aiming for here—living a life that’s integrated, profitable, and deeply meaningful—is rare.

And I have to remind myself of that often. Why? Because if I forget how uncommon this is, I might start treating it like it’s easy. I might let my guard down. I might start comparing myself to people who aren’t even playing the same game.

Now I recognize first hand how most people split their lives down the middle—career over here, personal life over there—and they never learn how to bring the two into harmony. They end up winning in one and losing in the other. And sometimes, they lose both.

So when I remember that this kind of life is rare, it keeps me humble. It keeps me hungry. And most importantly, it keeps me sharp.

I don’t expect average tools to build an extraordinary life. I don’t expect common routines to produce uncommon results. If I want to live a rare life, I’ve got to think rare thoughts. I’ve got to make rare decisions. And I’ve got to walk a rare path.

And you know what? That’s not a burden—it’s a privilege. Because rare things are valuable. And this life we’re building? It’s worth every bit of the effort.

  9. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
Passion builds energy, creates flow, like going with the current instead of against it. Passion provides a strategic edge in a competitive marketplace. Living and working with passion affords healthy longevity to grow in wisdom & stature, and its magnetic for creating a plethora of healthy, profitable relationships.
2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
This keeps us from being lazy thinking it comes naturally, and instead leads us to the required intentionality to create a plan with boundaries and guidelines toward necessary consistency. We’ll win with daily small victories, not magic but unattainable miracle wins out of nowhere.

  10. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
    – Passion provides the energy, focus, motivation, and desires for the articulated goal, particularly when the path to that goal is particularly rough or challenging. Being passionate therefore helps fuel consistency and follow-through, as well as the quality of work/effort that is required to be successful in all domains of life.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
    – This is critical to remember because the alternative is merely a comfortable level of dread. Living such an uncommon life, or at least making progress to achieving such a steady state, seems to require what is unconventional by common standards, and will be a bulwark against slip sliding back into prior and unsuccessful modes of action.

  11. 1: Why do we need to be passionate about how we do things if we want to harmoniously care for all of our purposes?
    – Work without passion or drive, is a good road to burnout. If passion and purpose(s) are **behind** the work we do, if they **drive** it, it’s no longer work. The work itself transforms, it transforms into a power source, instead of a withdraw (or set of withdraws) that need constant maintenance. Vs. a power source that **fuels** our “work”.

2: Why is it important to remember just how uncommon living a life like this is?
    – Because we can’t achieve living a life like this, following common approaches & techniques. We have to look for the **uncommon** to provide the framework that will give us true results, self-sustaining results.
